    How to Use

    Add 1–2 cups of Epsom salt to warm bath water and allow to fully dissolve. Soak for 20–30 minutes to relax and unwind. For foot soaks, dissolve ½ cup in a basin of warm water and soak feet for 15–20 minutes. Use as needed.
