How to Use
Add 12 cups of Epsom salt to warm bath water and allow to fully dissolve. Soak for 2030 minutes to relax and unwind. For foot soaks, dissolve ½ cup in a basin of warm water and soak feet for 1520 minutes. Use as needed.
