Delivery Estimates

Processing Time: Orders begin processing once payment is received and address verified (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

Transit Time: Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Return Warranty

If we made an error or your product arrives defective, contact us within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you ordered incorrectly or wish to exchange, returns are accepted within 15 days for unopened products (shipping at customer’s expense).

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If an order is successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking), we are unable to replace or reship the order at no charge. In this case, the customer must place a new order at their own expense to have the items shipped to the correct address.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost to have the order sent again.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • All returns require prior approval.
  • Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds apply to product cost only; shipping is non-refundable.
  • Exchanges for defective items must be requested within 5 business days.
  • Note: Samples and Sampler sets cannot be returned for any reason.

Damaged Orders

  • Report visible damage to the carrier immediately.
  • Retain all original packaging materials.
  • Contact us promptly so we can process your claim.
