Shipping Costs for Online Orders
Enjoy FREE shipping on eligible online retail orders of $200 or more after discounts. Shipping rates and the free-shipping threshold are based on the discounted order subtotal, before tax and shipping. Products with a fixed shipping charge are excluded from free shipping.

Delivery Estimates
Processing Time: Online retail orders normally require 3 business days to process before shipping, once payment is received and the shipping address is verified. Processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Transit Time: Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. The transit estimates below begin after the order ships and are in addition to the 3-business-day processing time. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
Order Errors & Defective Items
If we made an error or your product arrives defective, contact us within 5 business days after delivery to request a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you ordered incorrectly or wish to exchange, returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date for unopened products in resalable condition. All returns require prior approval. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Samples and sampler sets are excluded.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- If an order is successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking), we are unable to replace or reship the order at no charge. In this case, the customer must place a new order at their own expense to have the items shipped to the correct address.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost to have the order sent again.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- All returns require prior approval.
- Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
- Refunds apply to product cost only; shipping is non-refundable.
- Refunds or exchanges for order errors or defective items must be requested within 5 business days after delivery.
- Note: Samples and Sampler sets cannot be returned for any reason.

- Report visible damage to the carrier immediately.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
- Contact us promptly so we can process your claim.
